Relax and Unwind
After a thorough consultation, we will design a bespoke treatment tailored to your needs, to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your treatment. This can include methods used in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian Head Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. The use of hot and/or cold stones is also available if desired and is included in the price. Please note that some methods are not suitable during pregnancy.
